The diagnostic
$129 covers the visit and the whole diagnostic sequence — supply and controls, condenser and clearance, door and seal, temperatures logged against setpoint, fill and dispense volumes on a plumbed unit, and the sealed system last if the five stages before it have not already given the answer. The fee is the same however far down that list the fault turns out to be. Credited toward the repair if you go ahead with the work.
The estimate
Written estimate before any repair begins. No work starts without your approval.
The warranty
- 90 days on labor.
- 365 days on parts.
- Genuine OEM parts.
The exclusions matter as much as the periods — read the full warranty terms, which set out where a clean or an adjustment sits against a repair, and what a consumable is.
